EVERYONE'S STATEMENTS ARE ACCEPTED OR REJECTEDAsh-Shaykh Saalih Al-Fawzaan حفظه الله ورعاه said:
"The statement of a scholar isn't accepted, except when there is for him evidence from the Book of Allaah and the (authentic) Sunnah. As for that, what does not have any evidence for it, indeed it is rejected." (1)
