A Death Blow To The Takfiree Call

Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه said about the statement of the Most High (which translates to mean):

"And whosoever does not rule by what  Allaah has revealed, such are the disbelievers." (1)

"It is not kufr that takes one from the religion,  (but) kufr other than kufr(that takes one out of the religion. "

reported by al-Haakim, and he authenticated it.

Shaykh al-Albaanee رحمه الله و ورعاه said commenting on the narration:

"THIS IS A FATAL BLOW FOR THE JAMAAH AT-TAKFEER AND THOSE SIMILAR TO THEM FROM THE GHULAAT." (2)
