Aboo Ishaaq Al Huwaynee Supporters?

Q:
O Shaikh, in the state of Florida there is an individual by the name of Abu
‘Ubeidah Fathi (Al- Maqdisi) who adamantly supports Aboo Ishaaq Al Huwaynee[1]. He requests that the Salafies of the area work
with him (in the passing out of leaflets he has published etc.). However, the Salafies of the area have
refused his request. O Shaikh, what is
your advice on how we should deal with this individual and his likes?
A:
May Allah guide us and him. You should
make clear to him the reality of Aboo Ishaaq Al Huwaynee by giving him the
refutations that the Scholars have made against him. You should urge him to repent and if he
repents in earnest and rectifies his condition, you may work with him. However, if he does not repent, you are to
stay far away from him.
Q:
O Shaikh, this individual has been given all of the refutations found on www.Sahab.net against Aboo Ishaaq Al Huwaynee; and after
reading them still argues in his defense.
A:
In that case, do not work with him and stay far away from him,
may Allah guide him.
