“And when you warn against the innovators and the hizbiyeen they say: “You slander the people!” say to them; Oh you fools! Does Shubah bin al-Hajjaj, Yahya bin Sayd al-Qattan, Yahya bin Maeen, al-Bukhaari and Abu Hatim and Abu Zurah, these are the leading Imams of Hadith, slander the people? Or do these innovators and hizbiyeen know they have been criticized then say: “It is not allowed to talk about people!” I say: Yes, do not slander Muslims! But the religion is advice, once you know that the people do not know they are Sufi, then you clarify the case. Or you know they do not know that they are hizbi, you clear up the case. Or you know he got on a plane and went to France to steal money from the Muslims. Tell the people they did not come for our benefit, but for the dirham and the dinar.
So the Religion is Advice the leaders of the people of Sunnah were unanimous on the permissibility of criticism and praise. Then die, O Muflisoon, and Sururiyoon, O People of Associations (Charity Organizations), die in your rage!
